Warranty and Care
LEATHER CARE:
Leather products are not 100% waterproof, so avoid getting the product too wet in rain or sleet. To protect the bag, backpack from getting wet, periodically treat the product with a water-repellent impregnation or cream, which contains beeswax.
Suede and nubuck products should be cleaned with a hard-bristled brush or a special rubber brush without the use of creams. Remove oil stains with a special stain remover for suede and nubuck. Before wearing, we recommend treating such products with a water-repellent spray for suede. This will make it waterproof and prevent staining of clothing that comes into contact with colored suede.
Dry wet leather products at room temperature, away from heaters and heat sources. If you are drying bags or a backpack, you can stuff the product with paper (newspaper) so that the shape is preserved during the drying process.
The product can be cleaned from dust and fine dirt with a soft, slightly damp cloth, sponge or brush with soft bristles. For heavier soiling, use soapy water (suds). This is especially true for white leather products. Such products should be cleaned of dirt as often as possible. Do not use strong solutions such as acetone, nail polish remover, chemical solvents, alkalis and acids to care for leather bags, backpacks and belts.
Decorative fittings must be handled with care. Carefully unzip and fasten zippers. Do not subject the fittings to mechanical stress.
LEATHER STORAGE:
1. Leather products must be stored in rooms with room temperature and with a natural moisture level for residential premises.
2. Long-term storage of leather products in plastic bags is not allowed.
3. Do not store leather products in sunlight and in the light of bright lamps.
IS NOT A MARRIAGE:
1. Natural creases, bends, small healed animal scars, uneven color overlay, 1-2 tone differences on genuine leather products. This is the natural natural beauty of the material.
2. Marks on the underside of the leather on unlined products are not a defect, because any fabric, and in this case leather, is always marked by the manufacturer in one way or another.
3. The appearance of scuffs in places of greatest use. This does not worsen the physical and mechanical properties of the product, but, on the contrary, confirms its naturalness.
4. Coloring the surface of other things when rubbed and exposed to moisture. This is due to the technology of skin coloring and the instability of the pigment of saturated colors. Do not wear brightly colored bags and belts with light-colored clothing.
5. Small stretching of the skin during wear and use. In the process of wearing, the leather in the products may stretch a little, which is not a marriage.
The appearance of a leather product and its service life depend on careful attitude and timely care!
