RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

 

The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods ordered and / or paid by him in the online store at any time before receiving it, and after its transfer – within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of actual receipt of the Goods. In this case, if the delivery is paid, its cost is not refundable. If the delivery was free, the Buyer returns the goods at his own expense.

 

Return and exchange of goods of good quality is possible if it has no traces of operation, its original packaging, presentation, consumer properties, labels, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase of the Goods are preserved.

 

If a gift was attached to the Goods, it must be transferred together with the Goods, while the gift must also not have signs of use, its presentation and consumer properties must be preserved.

 

Refunds are made only to the person specified in the refund application.

 

When paying with a bank card (other non-cash payment method) on the Site, the refund is made to the same current account from which the payment was made minus the cost of cash expenses.

The Buyer can return or exchange the Goods of inadequate quality to the Seller (manufacturer) during the warranty period and service life. The Manufacturer of the Goods has established the following warranty periods:

 

60 days: women’s and men’s bags;

30 days: small leather goods;

30 days: zippers, locks, fasteners, buttons products.

In this case, the funds will be returned in full.
